Thank you for purchasing our products (or services) at aliveloops.com operated by A-Live Loops. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

To be eligible for a return, none of the download attempts may have been used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as loops packs of which the audio files are downloaded already.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
